Terms and Conditions

1. Insurance Policy:

(a) Package does not include any insurance cover.

2. Food Policy:

(a) Food availability depends on regions and restaurant menu.

(b) Separation of veg and non-veg kitchen may not be possible.

(c) Our program does not include lunch.

3. General Policy:

(a) Honeymoon decoration, monument, temple etc. entry fees are not included.

(b) Special requests like candlelight dinner, spa are subject to extra charge.

(c) Tickets like cruise tickets, airfare, permissions, entry tickets are applicable to all age groups if necessary.

(d) Everyone must carry passport size photo and valid identity card.

(e) AC will not work on hill areas.

(f) Trip details may be modified due to climatic disruptions.

(g) Package price may be modified during the trip to adjust to emergency situations.

4. Child Policy:

(a) Child below 5 years is complimentary.

(b) Child between 5 to 8 years is subject to a 50% discount.

(c) Charges will be levied on the child below 5 years for airfare, cruise tickets, permission, entry tickets, etc. if necessary.

5. Hotel Policy:

(a) Specified hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.

(b) In case of non-availability of specified hotels, other similar hotels will be arranged.

(c) Early check-in and late check-out depend upon the availability of rooms. Even in case of availability, the hotelier may charge extra for early check-in and late check-out. The amount can be directly paid to the hotelier.

(d) Hotelier will allow check-in with proper Government ID proof of every guest. In case of non-submission of ID proof, check-in may be denied. SR TRAVELS authority will not be held responsible for that.

(e) All rooms in the specified hotels are basic category rooms.

(f) AC will not work in hotels in hilly and semi-hilly areas.

(g) You can use AC in the hotels of hilly and semi-hilly areas with extra charge, which can be directly paid to the hotelier only if AC is available in those hotels.

(h) Heater can be used in the hotels of hilly and semi-hilly areas with extra charge, which can be directly paid to the hotelier only if the heater is available at that hotel.

(i) Sometimes proper toiletries may not be available in the hotels of off-beat areas. In that case, it is better to carry your own whenever traveling to off-beat areas.

(j) Rooms can be given on any floor of the hotel depending upon availability.

(k) Lift facility may not be available in every hotel.

6. Car Policy:

• Below 4 pax sedan/hatchback car will be provided.
• Above 4 pax SUV or MUV car will be provided.
• Below 4 pax SUV can be provided, which is subject to extra charge.
• Above 8 pax Tempo Traveller or Mini Bus will be provided.
• AC will not work on hill areas.

7. Cancellation Policy:

• 0% cancellation fee if canceled 118 days prior to the journey.
• 15% cancellation fee if canceled 99 days prior to the journey.
• 33% cancellation fee if canceled 50 days prior to the journey.
• 50% cancellation fee if canceled 25 days prior to the journey.
• 75% cancellation fee if canceled 13 days prior to the journey.
• 100% cancellation fee if canceled 7 days prior to the journey.
